Hi Jack & D1, I see who's up late doing their home work. Better than the TV(television)...

Jack I reviewed the chart and it just amazes me the difference in the price. I don't think the border is that big. To bad I can't buy it at $11, run it over to you and sell it for $16 and you short back to me for $11. Now that would be a twist on the ole AIM model...

Can you tell me how you arrived at fair value? I couldn't gather the data that I needed to come to a conclusion.

Also, did you get my email? D1 is the only one that has been able to get back to me since Thursday. He knows how to get around the little Bit Bouncers in cyber space. He reminds me of the star in Tron, man I love watching that on DVD.

D1, although it "Looks interesting", it appears that the money could have done better placed elsewhere don't you think?

I think that having a few income producing REIT's in ones war chest is a very sound idea. Will your new software factor in the dividends when trying to AIM the core price?

Keith

bill- i don't usually throw too many of my ideas out because their not backed by nearly as much research as a lot of youse guys do. but, i've been looking at ANET for quite a while and wondered if you could run your magic and see what you come up with.

dave and keith, if you've got any thoughts on this one, i would welcome them as well.

thanks

sk

Hi D1,

Thanks for running ATYT through your PCA.

5 trades in about a year...that's interesting.

How many consecutive 'Buys' were there recently, and what would be the 'Next Buy Price'?

Thanks,

Jack
