Yes....just a townhouse or bungalow. That's fine with me. I think I know where I want to be. I just need to figure out the $$$$ now.

Actually that is the complicated part. I am torn between keeping the condo (I turned a 30 year mortgage into a 15 year one) and renting it out for future income. If I keep it I have to cash in a 401k. Who knows what the stock market will do so maybe that is the way to go. But If I do that I have to find out how to qualify for the townhouse when I still have a condo that I will rent out but is not paid off. Ugh. I don't know what the right thing to do is. I have to start asking questions. Maybe find a financial advisor.
