They must be very confident in the success of IC3D to divest themselves of their bread and butter business. Re-reading the past years press releases, they have made a lot of good strategic alliances and partnerships. That should pay off if they can get a working SDK out there soon. Still a potentially explosive situation, but time would appear to be running out.

Gerald, your point about the divestiture makes sense to me, although mentioned in the context of the need for financing makes me a bit nervous. Time seems to be the issue here in terms of both the technology and the means to implement it.
