I asked a securities attorney who works most of the time putting Form 10s together and according to him what the SEC is doing is allowing OTCBB companies to stay on the OTCBB when they submit their Form 10s while they are being reviewed and until they get to a no further comment status. If they don't get to a no further comment status then they are delisted and sent to the Pinks. Also according to him on average the process is taking 60 days. Thus I have to agree with you that the very latest we can expect news from the company is December. I expect to hear something much sooner than that. But then I've been expecting significant news since August 24th. I also chatted with Hevy and he indicated to me that a buy back was not being merely discussed, but is part of the plan. He did not know what time frame if any the company has in mind, nor was the source of the money discussed for the buy back. Of course, until there is an announcement from the company no one can know for sure. The only reason I'm posting this information is because (a) I like the idea of a buy back, (b) it is a solution that makes the most sense and has the potential to do the least damage to shareholders or the company (and may end up doing both a lot of good), and (c) you asked. grin. Just so everyone understands: you sent that post to me as a PM and I asked you to post it publicly as I thought it would be of general interest and has the fantastic benefit of being on topic. PCM
