Definitely not. Even though his quoted remarks caused a massive down draft (-23 points), he is extremely knowledgeable and bullish on Q. In his conference call the following week, Mark called for >50%/yr. growth of earnings for the next 5 years.

The more I think about it, the more I am convinced Q used him to pre-announce their reasons for selling the handset division.
