Paunch, <<had their funding>> I learned a little more about the issues of the $30MM funding. There is good reason that Maxam is being careful when it said it requires to know the funding source. Seems that common practice for mine funding is feed-through financing through many banks. It's difficult to know the actual source of money. Interesting was the fact that the Bank of New York (the one identified by the NY Times with a Russian connection) is involved in the funding discussions. I can't think of a faster way to kill a company than for a company to get involved in something shady. That deal isn't dead, but progress is slow as the details are being unraveled. Notice that Runyon talked in the press release of several avenues for funding being approached. I think we will see success, either direct funding or by JV. I hope both.
