Everyone did have the opportunity to go back over A@P's posts and thread to collect evidence for their decision. Doing that makes it pretty easy to estimate possible reasons for the termination decision, in kind if not degree. Anything they packaged up as evidence would be seen as slanted by one side or the other. That was left to the officers of the court, the attorneys for the prosecution and for the defense, and we the great unwashed unruly crowd of hecklers.

The big problem with your proposal would be that we would quickly get bogged down in debate over exactly what facts SI should offer up as relevant to vote, or for that matter what the facts actually are with respect to, for example, Anthony's relationship with the NASD. Or, if we agree to limit the evidence to the posts here on SI, which posts should be highlighted, and what about deleted posts? As far as I am concerned, everyone who was in a position to cast an informed vote, and wished to do so, was heard on this matter.
