How many of us would care to subject ourselves to the same level of scrutiny that A@P had to put up with. I don't think I would.
So, no, I don't think I would want all of SI notified.

Len:

No - and I am not intending to extend my rhetoric. The whole point with this mess is that Anthony should not have been suspended in the first place. If you do not like his picks or a contrarian opinion to your own, you can simply ignore him or it whatever the case. To vote to suspend keep him suspended simply because he runs contrary to your investing regimen it wrong in my opinion.

Therefore, if the tide were turned and SI were to hold a vote on something that ran contrary to what I felt, I would not participate. I would just ignore the offender. For instance, I believe there was a recent campaign to re-instate David Sirk. Now, I do not support that guy's modus operandi. However, my choice is to simply not participate in his game. It's like the shock-jocks - if you don't like Howard Stern - don't listen to him for God's sake. Just don't try to extend your opinion to the mass of people that do like him (BTW - I am not a big fan of Howard).

Anthony does not cause you or others to lose money. You do and IMO, it is high time you own and take responsibilty for your own decisions. The market finds its own equilibrium independent of Anthony, Moby or Len or LG. Simple as that. So, choose if you wish to call SI's vote "farsical" and Anthony the "anti-christ" of good, decent long investors. The fact of the matter is - that is a load of BS IMO.

Thanks,
Moby.
