Re: When contacted in Japan, Rambus Chief Executive and President Geoffrey Tate declined to comment. "We are working hard to fix the problems and are not saying anything until we are ready to ship." This says it all to me. Instead of commenting on the blow-by-blow, it seems most prudent to get the thing fixed and ready to ship. Making more promises and predictions really won't change things much. Much more downside than upside to that stategy. -John
