Didn't think Id be putting on my hard hat so soon after getting back,, but since you insist.lets look at his first sentence: "IRID will see $10-$12 a share via buyout before it is diluted to 35 cents a share as you predict" This is clearly a statement of a buyout at 10-12 dollars, and he calls my statement a prediction. To answer your qustion id say it was very much a crim post, either that or an incredibly wreckless post, that could hurt many who read it and believe he knows something they don't. The point here is , WHAT and WHERTE did he get such a statement , is he involved inthe talks, did he overhear something, what is the basis of his statement? Where did he get this idea? wher did the price 10-12 come from? Why did he says it will happen? Why, and what was he trying to accomplish by such a post, without answers to these questions one can only speculate as to wwhat was really going on. My job isnt to gather the facts and try the man, it is to ascertain the credibility and to assess the implications of such a message. I saw real harm and potential for finacial loss whebn I read that, becauise anyone who knew anything about IRID at the teime knew what he was saying was simply impossible. IMPOSSIBLE , Ill say it again,. Whether he worked for IRID,m r for a promoter or simply was long tons of stock and needed to get out or wheether he honestly believed this mumbo jumbo isnt for me to decide, The statement as ity reads was false and Improbvable andf there was no basis for such an outrageous claim. The SEC was the most logical place to take it, I f I had seen criminal intent , ie fake press release , false data , or a dummied letter, I would have also reported it to the Dept Of Justice's FBI. I saw an attempt to hype a nd mislead and if he posts something else like it , Ill do the same thing again. If anyone does it, they will get the same resulkts, if he is a nice guy who didnt mean anything by it, then I guess , he wil learn a lesson and next time keep baseless stuff offf the public accessible threads. I m sure he is a nice guy who got burned in the stock but taking others with him, is nothing I see as admirable anyway cheerio, is off to bed I go
