Kathy,
Are we going to have to take Taco's in trade for part of the take over?
Will we have a choice or be able to substitute? Hard shell, soft shell, burittos or those new things they have (I can't think of the name rite now.. my mond is more on coffee and toast).
Maybe $35 a share cash plus $2 in trade cert.? Would probably be a first?

Kathy - I heard the same rumor about Taco Bell

I believe the price is $32 plus two tacos (hard or soft) and a drink, tax not included. :)
