I got a slow fill at Schwab at the open, 15/16. This is a mega-surprise to me, 40 million. It positions the company for product-by-product licensing. Royalty rates will be low, but the targeted indications are huge hits.

We have a going company.

<I bought some this morning at around $1. The floorless will soon be behind us - only question is how many million shares they will end up with.>

This is what we needed... the convert's will have to exercise a slug on this move... of course they will be in the market shorting today IMO, but if it get's rid of it, that's great... expensive as it may be [the company will have to sell stock @ 5/8 tonight... OUCH].

< restrict a holder from converting shares of Series C Preferred Stock to the extent that such conversion would result in any holder holding more than 4.99% of the then issued and outstanding shares of common
stock>

This is very important indeed IMO... it keeps them from stealing the company as I has speculated in any event... isn't 5% the threthold for filing with the SEC??
