TA comments. Yhe 2 year declining trendline is broken clearly. ISIP is about to get some trendline resistance from the short term rising trendline tho. Money flow has turned nicely, finally. Not overbought yet. One pay TA site I subscribe to has 5 open signals - 4 buys. Also have a 5/20 MA crossover. All MA's are rising (bullish.) FYI, an accessable link. quotes.barchart.com In contrast, VICL is very so-so. I would not buy now, due to market concerns. The only problem with not being in VICL is that they have so many irons in the fire that good news can come any day (or wait months since most of their stuff is licensed out to major pharmas, so theu only control about half their destiny) All for now.
