So interesting, USMA. Seems like the longs can do better in the open market at this stage, than go the route of the tender offer. But it does give reassurance, in my opinion, that a stop loss order need not be lower than 10 1/4. Is this your reading of it, too?

Also find it curious that the NETR IPO is scheduled to release 4.4 million shares, and this tender offer for NAVR shares is 1.1 million. Wonder if there's any correlation in the ratios here.

In any case, NAVR is holding pretty steady at these reduced levels (roughly 11) in a downdraft day for the market as a whole. Still haven't heard the usual IPO media hype. If Intel's earnings report is positive, and we see a bounce-back in the Dow and Nasdaq tomorrow, would expect to see some positive force increasing NAVR's stock price too, however temporarily. You never know ... NAVR is ridiculously finicky and resistant to sharing goodwill, but perhaps there's one more upswing left in this stubborn child...
