I will leave you men to your strange manipulations. Shall I challenge him to a duel on your behalf, offended Princess of the Threads? Since we're doing rituals and traditions, that is. I don't really think he meant what you read, but I can understand how you read it that way. I also don't quite understand what happened to this place. We used to have battles of every description, and passionate ones, but we'd all walk away friends, and it wouldn't get reduced to this level. Insults would be exchanged, but they were intelligent ones, with some style, and they contributed to the debate, rather than detracting from it. Arguing with some people here makes me want to go argue with Freddie, who argues the same positions so much more effectively. Maybe I should ease over to your thread... actually, I've been telling myself to Leave This Place At Once for some time, but it takes will power. And of course it would mean succumbing to the hockey-thread style of argument, which is to lower the discussion to a level where your opponents walk out in disgust, then declare victory. All that does is leave an argument among those with the lowest disgust threshold, and I'm not sure I want to play that game. I wish they wouldn't call them the hockey threads, though. I love playing hockey.
