Moby Dick, By exposing the seemier side of these companies, A@P simply gives the average joe more information from which to assess his investments. A couple important points. It isn't the exposing of these seedy companies that is objectionable. We are in agreement that this is a good thing. It is the presentation of the information. If this is about being the good guy, the presentation would be in a form that the "average joe" could understand and swallow easily. Nobody likes information shoved down their throat. Remember the old adage "a spoonful of sugar"? Being a good guy and making money are not mutually exclusive and it can be done in a way that one does not compromise morals or make the little guy feel like he is being kicked in the stomach. JXM

Exposing (often with lies that bring on inconclusive investigations), manipulating (illelgally) the stock price and profiting (illegally) from the activity often go hand in hand. I see not merit nor dignity in such activity. If tomorrow the SNMM investigators clears the company what would you say to the hundreds of honest investors our there who lost money due to relentless bashing and clear manipulation schemes? I know, you and your kind would probably say: "He he he... I made money on you fool, he he he." Or better yet, you would say "God gave you a brain, so use it." One day, when illegal shorters (notice the word illegal) feel the consequences of their wrong doing, they will understand that there is no long lasting prosperity for the wicked.
