Hi John,..***OT***

I was pleased with Greg's pitching last night, also Gerald Williams hitting!. A big surprise was that Weiss went 2 for 3. From watching some of the Cleveland/Boston games, it's pretty apparent how important pitching is. Only when Pedro was pitching did the Indians get shutdown.<g>

For that reason, I'm getting a little more confidence. With Millwood tonight and Glavine and Smoltzie coming up, things look rosier than I would have hoped, especially if Williams and others keep hitting.

On INTC, you're correct that the level of business looks good for Dell next two quarters; however, we should remember that the shortfall was partially due to lower ASPs in dealing with increased price competition. Don't you therefore expect that if Dell is also growing business in the consumer segment that they are also liable to the same market dynamics?

I was looking at buying INTC several months ago but instead put money back into BRCM because they are in the xDSL and cable broadband markets. It hasn't been disappointing.<g> Also, isn't INTC a little late expanding into networking chips?

Baseball at 4:09 pm ET! GO Braves!

Cheers,

Lee
