Savant, went to Edgar and glanced at the last four entries, what I did see was 200 million authorized and a few paragraphs on options that would confuse just about anyone. Also saw that there were 810 shareholders, not counting that which is held in the street name. Had to go back to 1996 to see an S-4 which I think is where they report insider holdings. Have not looked at a Proxy lately. Will keep looking, surely some place on the internet has the info I seek... Jim
