Jeez, that's a lotta shares and spells 'reverse split' to me somewhere down the line. Never liked reverse splits...

Jim, of course you know that 'authorized' is just the amount of shares allowed to be issued. It is not the amount of shares owned by shareholders. The 'issued and outstanding' number of shares is the number to use. The 'float' is the number of shares not owned by insiders or restricted from trading.
The company has announced no intention of a reverse split.
