hhl.a has 500 million barrels of oil on developed property in kazkstan in order to refine the oil they only had one choice in which to send it as the other refinerys were to far away this particular refinery raised the cost of processing when oil was dropping and forced hurricane into bankruptcy protection also they had a binding agreement until sept 99 on the price of oil which was low now that agreement has expired and the refinery is owned by a bank in kazakstan and they don't want the refinery anymore and have made an offer to hurricane to buy it. this is only a part of the story but its is nerv racking all these months .
