there giving common shares which we also own in replacement of cash something alot of companys do now a days especially when your stock price is increasing this is not a new business taktik this is the way business is done now heck every time an internet company makes an acquisition its usually all stock no cash. also this is considered a merger of equals with hurricane owning the majority stake.
