the reason they are at 1.50 is because they were under bankruptcy protection and no where to go now they have new life theycancelled the last deal with the refinery because the refinery held all the cards and hurricane was down and out once they renegotiated there oil contract with kazakstan they were able to steal all the aces off the refinery and struck a new deal that will se them control how and when there oil will be processed and shipped.
