the "japan" i was discussing was when i was buying Japanese ADRs in mid and lat 1998, and this thread thought that was the dumbest thing they had ever heard....

again, the charts speak for themselves.... the bottom for gold shares was Aug of 1998....

as for the yen going higher.... stay tuned! HO HO

i'm not saying i am always right. far from it. i'm wrong lots. but i do like to think i catch the major macro shifts. timing the smaller stuff is harder. The mkt will go at some point (likely soon) and DELL will go w/ it.. end of story.... just as i heard laughing and got dumb looks form this thread on why gold and Japan were good investments.... i similarly am getting the same dumb and dumber looks when i suggest shorting it.... we'll see what happens....
