Steve Re <<How's the new machine running?>> My Athlon 650 is awsome. Not a single crash since I bought it. Have not rebooted it due to a crash, NOT ONCE!!!!! I am using it all the time for COSMOS FEA. This is a taxing program. I can do much finer elements and analysis still gets done in a reasonable time. Significant improvement over my PII. Not bad for a foil :) Intel always advertises its Xeon's for workstation in Mechanical engineering journals, I think AMD should do the same with Athlon as soon as there is enough MB's. Mani
