QUALCOMM and Intel could work together to supply the world. The demand for CDMA chips will be huge as the become embedded into a tremendous amount of devices. No matter how you look at it QUALCOMM owns the patents and will lead the market in development that Intel will have to follow to remain in the standard.QUALCOMM will renegotiate the license as it becomes defunked when a merger or take over occurs.
