No, see that is my point! They have been watching this dude for years..if he really was doing something bad, they would have shut him down. But he is obviously in the bounds of the LAW, not ETHICS....

The SEC is inefficent when it comes to getting millions of cases of fraud sure...but not when it comes to a high-profile, long lasting person that you all claim he is being invetigated (I don't doubt that)

BTW, if I tell you that I am going to burglarize your house tonight, would that make it ok?

Umm..that would illegal :-) Time and law has proven that what TJ is doing is not illegal. Unethical yes.
