Tom, I thought that bond funds were supposed to be fairly stable price-wise. My initial purchase of GSF is down over 20% in the last month or so and continues to drop. My internets stocks have faired better than this bond fund.

tom--- over 8 million BSX shares traded today. guess we don't have control yet. made a "token" buy---couldn't help myself. not sure if the market is ready to firm up---read yesterday the annual article that always seems to appear this time of the year about the "similiarities" of today and 1929. don't think we have any AIM septagenarians who were around then to verify that. every succesive time we go through one of these downdrafts, it seems it becomes a wee bit easier to shrug my shoulders and go about the daily chores. maybe there is hope for me after all??? peaceful in pasadena
