I ran a few searches on Weatherly. They placed what appears to be a death spiral pref. for ISTM in Feb. ISTM's main poster here on SI is "mod". He also posted on SBTK and PPRO. The SEC filings on AMNEX have A. Jones Yorke as chairman of Weatherly. Can't find anything on AMNEX, where Yorke is on the board. I'll look for more. Tim

A. Jones Yorke is on the board of DAVL with Sam Zell. DAVL is in the same biz as AMNEX, must be merger or name change. Yorke is also related to Auerbach, and Pollack and Richardson. Tim
