I am scanning some stuff from APM- American Precious Metals that I am a stockholder of who got the fax from the APM company president who said that he arranged with Doug Rowe to fax around the invits. Yeap, I will be there as I was the their AGM ( ANPC;OTCBB in PA, USA in August!) The capital cost of the project is about $100-million. The value to SNC was not revealed, but generally engineering, procurement and construction management contracts are 10 per cent to 15 per cent of a project's value.
