MG, Well, I think that was a Rally?

I would have been a lot happier if OEX could have closed above 677. Well, there is always tomorrow. :o)

I don't really follow the politics of Bank Reform. It seems like it has to happen or C becomes smaller. <g> As I listened to some of the hearings, it comes down more to a turf battle between Treasury and the Fed.

M Gonzo would probably think of baubles as an inflation hedge. <g>

Put volume in bottom territory

Monsieur "no exit" your post may have help put in a bottom -g-

since the breadth didn't reverse up with the dow, i believe we still have the threat of more downside, fibonacci turning points surrounding the 10-16 thru 10/20 period from the 7/19 and 8/25 tops would be ideal for a bottom.
