Spreading the good news
These wins prove we have a very strong story to tell. They represent not only the great
technology, solutions and services we offer customers, but more importantly, your
enthusiasm, commitment and teamwork in action around the globe. Satisfying
customers is all about building successful relationships, and it obvious, we're winning in
that category. We need to evangelize our successes in the press, in our ads, and in
published success stories once we have the customer's permission. Please continue to
send us the wins and tell us whether they can be publicly used in press releases.
Again, many thanks for your expressions of support and the news on your efforts. Keep
those emails coming with details about customer wins or other successes, as well as
any questions or topics you would like me to address. I read each one and will reply.
