EINI would have to be complete fools to merge with MVEE.

I bought into the stock last Friday thinking that was bottom and then so called financials came out, then I sold.

Nearly 600 million OS. MVEE would have to do at least a 600,000 to 1 reverse to get their share count down to 60 million.

Why would a company want to merge with MVEE with a share count that continues to grow daily and has yet to prove any true revenue?

MVEE is the best form of organized crime I have ever witnessed.

The higher EINI goes the larger the split will be for MVEE to even imagine combining resources.

I believe MVEE will merge with EINI, but it will be a private merger where the shareholders will receive nothing.

SATKQ pulled that one last year. Issued a PR saying they were no longer a publicly traded company, but continued to operate as a private entity.

A well known company (Mary Kay) pulled the same thing on its shareholders many years ago.

Well then that suggests that they will be EINIE come next week and will have 30 days to get their filing in order or be on the pinks. It is my understanding that even after filing it is currently taking more than 60 days for approval of filings, so I think the pinks are in EINIE's future come Nov 17th.

The same is true for MVEEE. They must have their filing in by Jan 9 and approved to avoid the E. With the holidays intervening I suspect that approvals may be even longer. Will be interesting to follow their progress, but with no current filing with thew SEC that I know of I would say they may already be late, practically speaking of course.

It looks like EINI's competitions has until 11/11/99:

biz.yahoo.com

"On August 23, 1999, the company filed a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC') to fulfill the requirement of being granted full-reporting issuer status. The SEC provided the company with comments, and the company plans to file its amended Form 10 (Form 10A) on or about October 20, 1999 and expects a timely response."

I was surprised that the SEC did not list the first filing on its web site.
