Thanks Allan

An update... (January 21, 2000).

I called Robert Bateman today (403-243-3080) and got a quick update on the company. Not much to speak of, but in point form:
- Seismic portion of operations (Fastway) is busy; plenty of work for the season
- 3 crews currently doing seismic work
- Revenues should pay off debts and bring company to a positive earnings situation this year
- Kentucky (Greasy Creek) project is finally up to expected production levels; November earnings from DYX's working interest is US$8300.
- Some new projects being worked on (have been underway for a few months); details to be worked out, hopefully leading to a contract. (Sorry about vagueness; I couldn't get much in the way of details since nothing material has happened yet.)
- Working on December (2000Q1) quarterly; should be out in the next month or so along with year-end financials (fiscal year-end Sept. 30, 1999). Bateman admitted year-end financials are a bit dismal, but December quarter report should be more reflective of the operations within the company over the next little while.
- Shareholder meeting in March.
