That would be a great idea! I'm getting tired of these canned lawsuits that serve the purpose of enriching the lawyers. Stockholders usually get hammered twice. Once from the precipitating event and next when the company buys off the suit. I don't mean that the officers shouldn't be accountable for deception. Just that a more equitable personal penalty should be enforced. We want to eliminate the deception, not get "rich" from it.
