Flo, Actually, it goes further than that... No MORE shorting of OTC-BB's... whether "naked" or borrowed, will be allowed by Canadian Brokerages, according to the Article by Brent... As a result, IMO we could see a serious rally of a large number of our Bread & Butter OTC-BB's, between now and the end of the Month... Message 11553859 Look at WINR for example, a heavily shorted stock, up today 11.4% on 136,000 shares, compared to 28,000 yesterday... Look at ZSUN... And hardly a PEEP from the SSB's... Flo, I have TWO CONFIRMATIONS... first from a contact with a Surveillance Officer at the Vancouver Stock Exchange and second, with my micro-cap stocks that I suspected were heavily shorted: they look glorious and will be more so, as we approach the confirmed dead line of the 23rd October... Also, all shorting of OTC-BB's covered by Borrows is on the way out... Pennies are about to explode... Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock ------> 23rd October 1999 ------> KABOOM!!! Regards, F. Goelo + + +
