Yeah, and I don't know where the heck the 14th day is that he has. I only have 13, with 7 Closing. (using the cycle format scan) Then I ran just PPI days and came up with only 4 that had True Buy Gaps and only one Closed. That one only gapped down one point though, and ran only 7.9 points past the gap. Closed near the High of the day, but it's a pretty weak example. It came after a string of positive DJIA closes, as the spoo was slowly declining. A lot of divergence at the time, I suppose.
