I got into the NTOP IPO at 16, I believe, and watched it go to 29 and change and then watched it go right down to the offering price, a day or two later. It then turned around and went to 88 or so. I was locked into the stock due to my broker's 30 day rule and didn't want to piss them off. I am still holding NTOP and hope it will get back into the 70's once this market comes out of its dive and gains some altitude. It is possible NAVR will come back but NTOP did not dive on its IPO day, it shot up. But then NAVR and of course NETR, seem to have done everything ass backward.

I do not believe NETR will do anything spectacular in the way of increasing price levels ... It has never been that impressive, and I don't see very strong management at the helm ... I see NAVR price levels catching up to NETR price levels, and exceeding them (Even now there's only a little over 1 point in price difference)....
