Re; nextdog. My view is that nextwave will keep the licenses, it just a question of whether they will have to pay more than the 1B. Nextwave will IPO eventually.

There is no "trial" of the appeal. Only an oral argument before a three-judge panel of 20-30 minutes per side. Court then decides, writes an opinion, and issues it.
