InOverMyHead - The companies you mentioned as well
as others may or may not take an equity position
in EDIG. If and when they do I can assure you
the company will announce it. I don't see any reason
to even speculate on this, if it happens it will be announced.

Exactly my point. However, I'm not holding that notion forth as a certainty or even a remote possibility. Wouldn't mind if they did, though.

I think there are some sites that will show you the top 10 volume owners of a stock:

marketguide.com

With an underexposed institutional stock like EDIG, I would think if they aren't in this list, then they are not a significant equity holder

Edit:- On further research, this did not work for Paul Allen or Vulcan Ventures for HSAC, of which they are a big owner. Just my opinion.
