Well that was a waste,

Not only did I miss the Sell I was waiting for I cannot have the service until they get my agreement in the mail.

Plus, the form wouldn't all fit across the page on the printer. But you are right, talking to them on the phone does not help much.

I wonder if I am doing the right thing here.....
