Did you read the treaty, or do you think the RUSH explanation is enough. You should know he's just trying to help Dole push Viagra sales. If countries test now there is doodly squat we can do. With the treaty could place monitoring stations through the country and get on-site inspections of suspicious events. Now we get zilch, nada, zippo.

There's no denying it. The Repubs were asleep again until some fanatic idiot like J.Helms shouted "I know how to embarase the President" so they all jumped up like hungover frat boys after the big party and went "Yeah - EMBARASE HIM - EMBARSE HIM", only they embarassed the whole country with their foolish partisan tricks. There's going to be a lot of explaining to do if they want any votes from the people who listen to FM radio.

China's last Nuclear test was in 1996 and Russia way before that. The US and France and Britain have had one Nuclear test since 1992. So there have been no tests in 3 years by any of these countries and between them they control about 99% of the World's nuclear arsenal with China at a bout 2% or less. And your Party's goal is to have parity, Nuclear Weapons for everybody. You have lost it as your leaders have.
