Show me any evidence to the contrary instead of merely expressing disbelief, will you? Or do you happen to think that a missile is just like a small coffee-table that one can put together by reading a little instruction manual?! That China had some sort of a restraint against Pakistan is clearly evidenced by the fact that Pakistan was not able to test its nuclear devices until India indulged in its Pokhran II exercise. As for "Betrayal", the only people who will put any faith in Gertz's words are those who think the world of right-wing nutballs like Rush Limbaugh -- the kind of people who already happen to "know" (and know "for sure") that Clinton is a Communist spy! Nuf sed.

Reasons why teh pakis have not opened the M11 crates. 1) The chinese had sent a dude along with the M11 crates. Pakistanis had to say the magical password in chinese and only then the little dude would open the crates. Ever since then the pakis all line up and say something hoping that that's the password. so far, -- nada. 2) The chinese sent instructions in cantonese, but the pakistanis had only learnt mandarin. 3) The pakistanis had just read the story about the golden goose. After receiving the M11 crates they decided to not to open the crates and hoped that the crate would lay new M11s. 4) After receiving the M11 crates they couldn't open the crates because they had no crate opener. So they're waiting for their technology base to catch to being able to make crate openers and then open the crtaes. 5) They are waiting for the instructions to be written from right to left. 6) Tehy haven't opened the crates becaus ethey are afraid that when they open it the M11's would automatically run away or be launched.
