Good point, I hadn't looked at it that way. Incidentally, check out that PW interview. He has the same guess as you: there was some kind of trading anomaly out there.

Blank, you are reading this correctly. KP stated as much in the CC by saying that $8/trade should be the longer term average net. To me this states that the $8/trade 1Q is where we might expect to be in 4Q. And the almost $10/trade of 2Q, along with the $6.66/trade of 3Q, were anomolies.

I believe, baring a market meltdown, or poor risk managment, that .30/share earnings should be quite easily achievable in 4Q. This should be quite a bit above analysts expectations. Of course the risk management issue will continue to haunt the stock price until the company proves its a non-issue.
