this is actually turning into an optimistic board this weekend with the analysis and i would like to thank everyone.

with the current 4th q estimate is .27 we know (top 10 positives from the board and zero original thoughts from me):

1. back up to $8 trade.

2. options kicking in, europe in the future.

3. olb's continue to spend big $$$ attracting the online traders which will bring more trading to nite.

4. mer deal kicks in (more cost savings)

5. blanks .76 base is clearly to low of a base to start kp's 30% growth, since this will remain the worse q. but i still am not sure the first call 1.23 is correct either.

6. market share, from gary's reports shows nite maintaining and waiting for the next surge mid/small caps.

7. advertising was front loaded, hence less costs this q.

8. reduced tax rate in 2000

9. institutional trading and profits increasing

10. NASD reduced Selectnet fee from 1 to 20 cents last month.
