Doc, You are going back a bit. I got my legal jargon confused on that one and it was Incyte that was accused and convicted of ripping off an AFFX process, not the other way around. Actually, despite the fact the immediate ruling was bad for INCY, it may be good longer term, as it upholds the concept that patents can be defended in the genomics area.

So, I got it bass ackwards. I must have been dyslexic when I read it. <g>
