I would be more worried if Conway and Thomas had "all the answers" already, given that they've only just put this together. The way mistakes happen is to shoot from the hip, instead of understanding the issues. Lots of things to think about. If they were like this in another 6 - 8 weeks, I"d be more concerned, but for now, it's just too soon. I'm sure that neither PSFT nor VNTV is interested in leaving their customers in the lurch, like what happened to SCOP customers.
