Like I said Bac,

Jack and Mikey just got way to far into this deal and it was way over what they could handle. It turned into a monumental task and they failed, but Jack knows that it is responsibility to make sure the shareholders come out the best that they can, IF NOT THEN HE WILL HAVE A BIG FAT LAWSUIT ON HIS TABLE FOR DINNER.

As for the cash he has put in, Leroyt and I have both seen the stacks of cancelled checks that Jack has in his top drawer that he has written out to BNEZ, In fact when I was there the second time, he pulled out his check book and wrote one for 35k and had Kim run it down to the bank to deposit to cover payroll for 2 weeks.

You really need to read into my theory on the spin offs to understand what I'm trying to tell you how those can be used as a catalyst to help other companies become public.

It all starts with the company out in California that I mentioned that somehow had ties to the Libraius Corp that was formed by jack in Nevada.

Anyway, like I said, food for thought, not tender morsels
