Here is the Source of the Memo, of which you're well aware: Message 11533713 I haven't mentioned any Legislation in my post and I have stated in the past I have no problem with Borrowed Shorting without the BASHING, that is... "Naked Shorting" is another story as it's ILLEGAL in the USA for non MM's... It's effects are to artificially increase the size of a Float and drive the stock price down.... Now, what about the Article and the fact that a lot of heavily shorted micro-caps have been gaining against a bad market in the last few days???... F. Goelo + + +
