What are you yipping about here, Dave? Just what purpose would calling Kestenbaum serve? What can he verify? He's only a lawyer hired for the very specific purpose of drawing up a document for franchising I-T. So what if he confirms he is working on a Universal Franchise Offering Circular? Does that mean that the I-T business model is operating profitably. Does it mean that there is any sense to the project in the first place? No, it just means that he has been asked to draft such a document. Big whoop. Of greater interest is the self explanatory observation that there has been no word on it or any announcements in the past 5 months of any new franchisees. Instead all that has been reported is what even John Schmitz has described as disappointing experience at the Boca site. Only 2 to 3 traders is not a strong basis for a franchising operation.
