No problem. I know Tom as well as myself are using untested approaches.

Me, in conjunction with my normal approach.

So from my perspective it's testing a new system to be possibly added to the current one. Either way, without holding overnight and only trading one or two full days and perhaps 3 mornings I'm happy with my contest results. The new system seems viable at this point, and perhaps I'll start testing it for real this week.

One last thing on this however. Using Real Money Management Techniques I may be fairly certain one side or the other is correct. But contest or no, I'll stop myself out for a loss if necessary.

As you know, doing such in the contest is not necessary. You could wait an hour for the thing to come back if you wish. So I don't think you shall get a good read on how day trading is, because most might just sit back and wait while the Intraday drawdown is just paper .... where in real life the daytrader would have taken his or her hit and walked away for a time.
